• Items must be paid in full online to be reserved. We do not accept partial payments, deposits, or unpaid holds. The first customer to complete payment secures the item.

• Orders are processed upon successful payment confirmation.

3. Pickup & Fulfillment

• The Warehaus is a local pickup business. We do not offer shipping at this time.

• Pickup is by appointment, during one of our posted pickup windows, and is required within the stated timeframe after purchase.

• Items not collected within the stated timeframe may be subject to storage fees or cancellation, at our discretion.

4. Sales & Returns

• Please review the condition photos, grade, and notes on each listing carefully before purchasing.

• Sales are final once you accept an item at pickup. If a piece does not match its listed description or condition photos, notify us during your pickup appointment for a full refund — we are unable to offer refunds once you have left with the item.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for damages arising from the misuse of our products.

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
